On March 19 at Calhoun High School in Merrick, teachers and students shaved or donated their hair in honor of those with cancer, as part of the St. Baldrick’s Day events being held across the nation.

Pictured here are students Sofia Tibaldi, Ethan and Ashley Arriaga, and Aidan and Conor Darcy. Sofia is a Leukemia survivor in remission, and the other students stand with her, in her honor.
